I've been dying to start a local knit and crochet club. I'll only be doing the crochet part, unless some brave soul decides she can teach me to knit. I couldn't think of anything more fun (besides grandkids, of course) than getting together with a group of like minded friends and chatting and working together. Hey there! I am not local to your area, but I found a local knit/crochet group in my area through meetup.com...and it is fantastic! You might already have one in your area. Good luck, Suzi
